Grande Group's Xin Dynamic Division focuses on aerospace, power energy and other fields, providing customers with product process R&D, precision casting (vacuum), and ultimate precision machining testing. Xin Dynamic Division has over 40 sets of precision equipment, including independent high-temperature alloy casting lines, DMG five-axis machining centers, six-axis composite processing equipment, as well as independent laboratory equipment such as German Bruker spectrometer, GOM blue light, Zeiss and Hexagon CMM, non-destructive testing, etc.

Full process chain database management system

Equipped with a multi-dimensional process database cluster, it achieves breakthrough unlimited product level compatibility and unlimited process formula management, perfectly adapting to the flexible production needs of multiple varieties and small batches.

Build a full-factor process database such as slurry rheological properties database, shell material performance database, and environmental parameter history database to achieve full-process traceability and intelligent retrieval of key parameters in the shell making process.

Smart production control platform

Digital twin visualization system

Based on three-dimensional virtual mapping technology, the production line digital twin is constructed. Operators can monitor the equipment operation status and process execution progress in real time through the interactive interface, and achieve intelligent operation and maintenance of "remote perspective and full control".

Innovative drying technology system

The world's first multi-dimensional dynamic drying device integrates the revolution/rotation composite motion mode and the gradient temperature control system, and cooperates with the bottom blowing/side blowing directional wind field technology to overcome the industry problem of the difference in drying on the leeward side of the shell, and improves the drying efficiency by 40% while reducing the crack rate to below 0.3%.

Internet of Things traceability management system

RFID intelligent identification technology is applied, and anti-interference radio frequency tags are used to achieve product traceability throughout the life cycle. Compared with the traditional barcode system, the recognition accuracy rate is increased to 99.99%, providing a reliable data foundation for flexible manufacturing.

In 2019, Casting output value exceeded 140 million, Grande Group, established HEBEI XIN DYNAMIC TECH CO.,LTD.

Grande Group was founded in 1996 and started with machining. At that time, there were only 6 employees, providing customers with machined and assembled valves.

Hebei Xin Dynamic Tech Co., Ltd adopts precision casting with high-temperature alloy and processing manufacturing, meeting GJB9001, HB7728, HB6103 national military standards and aviation department standards; We can produce turbines, diffusers, vortex generators, blades, high-temperature rotors, high-temperature NGV, marine engine components, turbine rotors, and other products for aircraft engines with the diameter within 400mm and the weight within 20kg. Conventional production cycle: 30 days for casting and processing if customers provide molds, 45 days for mold opening, and 35 days for 3D printing; Full line production can achieve 100% qualified delivery.

Hebei Xin Dynamic Tech Co., Ltd has X-ray inspection (which can guarantee defects within 0.3mm), fluorescence inspection (for casting surface looseness, slag inclusion, porosity, and cracks), mechanical properties (length to diameter ratio of 5 times, diameter of φ (5mm)), microscope analysis (analyzing the grain size of casting products at level 3, a total of 9 levels, and supplementing product grading details), CMM (Hexagon and Zeiss with scanning probes), 3D scanning (GOM brand, which can perform product comparison analysis and generate product drawings), contour meter (Mal brand), fully automatic imaging instrument, low force roughness meter (this instrument has low pressure, won’t damage the product surface, and has arc compensation function, which can achieve product inspection after polishing). Dynamic balance detection (Shenke brand, no shaking or vibration after reaching a certain speed) with the weight within range of 12kg and accuracy of 0.1g. There is a stable third-party testing institution, and the above testing reports are kept for 20 years. Vacuum heat treatment (oil quenching, gas quenching) improves the fatigue resistance of products; Hot isostatic pressing (HIP) is used to remove micro porosity and micro-pores occurred during casting process.

Hebei Xin Dynamic Tech Co., Ltd adopts domestically advanced precision casting equipment such as Taiwan Yiying wax injection machine, Zhongjing automatic robotic shell production line, 50KG equiaxed crystal three-chamber vacuum furnace, and DMG five-axis machining center: 0.01mm; Mazak machining center: 0.01mm; Beijing Jingdiao: 0.01mm; Hexagon 0.0016mm. Maximum processing diameter: 1000mm. Maximum processing height: 590mm. We have a complete production line including mold design, casting, and processing, and have strong technical and process R&D capabilities, which can meet customers' special process requirements such as deep holes, complex cavities, and accurate positioning.
